B&P Plumbing Services LLC provides residential and commercial plumbing services in Houston, Texas and the surrounding Greater Houston Area, including but not limited to: pipe repair and replacement, drain cleaning, water heater installation, gas line repair, sewer line services, and emergency plumbing.

All service work is performed by or under the supervision of a licensed plumber in accordance with Texas state law.

The content on this Site is provided for general informational purposes only. You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the Site. Prohibited uses include:

3. Service Estimates & Quotes

Free estimates provided through the contact form or by phone are based on the information you supply and are not binding until confirmed in writing by a company representative. Final pricing may vary based on on-site assessment, material costs, and the actual scope of work required.

4. Appointments & Cancellations

We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled service appointment. For emergency call-outs, cancellations made after dispatch may be subject to a trip/call-out fee. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment failure, or other circumstances outside our control.

5. Payment

Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking or upon delivery of a written estimate. We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated on your invoice. Invoices not paid within the agreed period may be subject to late fees. We reserve the right to suspend or refuse service for accounts with outstanding balances.

6. Warranty

We warrant all labour performed by our technicians for a period of 30 days from the date of service completion. Manufacturer warranties apply to any parts or equipment supplied by us. Warranty claims are void if the work has been modified by a third party, if damage results from misuse, or if payment has not been received in full.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, B&P Plumbing Services LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site or our services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or property damage beyond the value of the work performed. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
